Bucket destacking device
For conical and round stackable buckets with different sizes. Consisting of the following components:
- Bucket magazine with parallel adjustment for fast pack adaptation without tools.
- Pneumatic pressure device
- Separating stop with handle fixation
- Transfer robot with pressure plate and pneumatic movements in the X, Y and Z axes for depositing the empty pack on the filling table
- Adjustment of the mounting angle to the filling table adjustable over 180 degrees
- Mounted on a robust base frame.
Bucket leak test
For conical and round stackable buckets with different sizes. Consisting of the following components:
- Suction plate with sealing lip
- Mounted on a stainless steel profile construction
- Pneumatic lowering onto the bucket
- Pneumatic vacuum
With the aid of a vacuum generator, the bucket is checked for leaks.
Overhead filling line
Consisting of the following components:
- Filling column with base height adjustment
- Adjustable vertical boom
- Lifting device for adaptation to the different container heights
- Drive cylinder for the filling valve
- Coarse-fine filling valve
- Scale platform for legal-for-trade operation as automatic scale (SWA)
- Scale terminal SysTec IT9000
- Control panel
Lid magazine with dispensing device
Consisting of the following components:
- Filling column with base height adjustment
- Adjustable vertical boom
- Lid singulator
- Transfer robot with pressure plate and pneumatic movements in the X and Y axis for placing the lid on the filled container
The required positioning of the filled pail is done by the rake and the parallel guide on the filling table.
Transport device with rake
Consisting of the following components:
- Rake with motorized gentle on and off drive for X and Y axis.
- Smooth stainless steel table for easy cleaning
- Smooth stainless steel filling table with integration of scale platform
